Try on Kimono!!

Have you ever worn Kimono? We have the kimono wearing class for foreigners and Japanese. It’s a little challenging to wear a kimono by yourself, but we will give you the lesson in a careful and friendly manner. And we will have break time with a Japanese sweet and some Japanese tea after having taken the kimono wearing lesson. It is 150 minutes when your new world will begin. We love kimono, Jpanese culture, friends, and Yokohama. Let’s enjoy Japan together!!

Location is shown only to members.
It’s about 10 minutes on foot from Northeast Exit of Yokohama station.

Schedule
・Greeting from Kimono Time Yuu
・Self-introduction (All members )
・Kimono wearing lesson
・Recess during which you can freely take photographs
・Change your dress
・Method of folding a kimono
・Break time with a Japanese sweets and some Japanese tea
・Lecture about a seasonal festival to enjoy the moon on the night of September 27th 2015 called Otsukimi.

Fee
4,700yen, including lesson fee and laundry charges.
We use about 15 items, a complete set of kimono used for this lesson.
But if you have a complete set of kimono used for this lesson, your fee is 2,700yen only. We use one yukata or kimono, one Hanhaba-obi(casual obi), one Nagajuban(under-kimono), one Obi-jime(decorative string), two towels,
one Rubber-belt, three Koshihimo(sash), two Datejime(belt), one Obi-ita(under-obi).

Please pay in cash before starting the program.

How to apply
Please fill out the following application form by 23:59 on September 4th.

We request that you please book early because the number of applicants is limited. If you want to change, please let us know ASAP. A cancellation fee will arise.

Additional Notes
・We recommend joining kimono wearing class a collarless shirt, such as a camisole or tank top and leggings.
・Please refrain from shooting a video.
・Taxes are included in the prices written above.
・There may be changes made to these contents.
